Huawei’s home storage may support Docker function

Huawei will release Huawei Home Storage, equipped with HarmonyOS, at the full-scene new product autumn conference held on September 6. According to the latest news from the revealer, Huawei’s home storage supports the Docker function.

Docker is an open-source application container engine that allows developers to put applications in a portable image and load them on devices that support Docker. Users can load the required functions through Docker, such as speed test, BT download, seed saver, scraper, etc.

In addition, the revealer said that Huawei’s home storage is the first batch of 2TB and 8TB versions with hard disks, and there may be no hard disk versions. The device supports up to 20TB+20TB 3.5-inch mechanical hard disks.  In terms of functions, Huawei home storage has functions such as baby photo albums, PC sync disks, smart photo albums, smart search, Hongmeng mobile phone gallery entrance, and mobile phone one-touch expansion.
