Microsoft has released version 2.65 of the Office Preview Experience for iOS (build number 22082900), which adds vertical slides to PowerPoint and improves the dark mode of Word. These are all features that users strongly want to add.

- PowerPoint – Create Slides in Portrait Orientation
Many users want the option to view, create, and edit PowerPoint slides in portrait orientation on their iPhone or iPad. it’s OK now. To take advantage of this new option, simply go to the Design tab in the Ribbon and click Orientation. Then, click Portrait and see the focus slide change to Portrait.
- Word – Turn On/Off Dark Dark Mode
Introducing a new toggle option to quickly toggle dark backgrounds on and off documents.
Users can now take advantage of this feature and view documents in the mode they want. To use this feature on iPhone, tap the More options (…) menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, then toggle the Switch to light/dark background button on or off. To try it out on an iPad, click the Switch Mode button under the View tab.
In addition, Microsoft recently introduced a new IMAGE function for Excel, allowing users to seamlessly insert images directly into cells.
