Xiaomi’s annual flagship masterpiece smartphone, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra will be soon launched in China. Last month, the company announced a partnership with German camera maker Leica. This partnership aims to improve imaging technology for hardware and software level image processing in its smartphones.

According to the information, this latest upcoming device will feature the original German Leica logo. However, the Leica has tied up with several smartphone makers on their camera systems, but none of them have the German red logo on them. So far the logo was seen only on Leica’s own smartphone, the Leica Leitz Phone 1.

Generally, all the smartphone brands have partnerships with various brands to improve the photography and videography experience like Huawei with Leica (in the past), OnePlus with Hasselblad, and Vivo with Zeiss. Xiaomi has recently partnered with Leica to enhance its camera experience.

As per the Digital Chat Station, the company’s forthcoming annual masterpiece will use the original red logo for Leica branding in smartphones.

Previously, the German camera maker Leica collaborated with several companies such as Sharp, Huawei, and Panasonic, But none of the smartphone brands have used the company’s red logo. If this information is correct, Xiaomi’s annual masterpieces will be the first non-Leica device that bears the logo of the Leica imaging technology.
