Xiaomi releases February 2022 patch to Redmi Note 8 Pro
Xiaomi has started pushing the February 2022 Android security update to Redmi Note 8 Pro smartphone users in Indonesia. You may have known the work of a security update. It helps in saving a device from bugs and viruses. In addition, it enhanced the system’s security and stability, thereby, improving users’ experience.
The official changelog for the update doesn’t mention any new features or major changes. You may or may not encounter some minor improvements and changes after installing it, it is important to install though.
With regard to the updated version, it carries the Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 build version V12.5.5.0.RGGIDXM. For downloading, users should use an unmetered connection or Wi-Fi.
