T-Mobile offers cash for community projects
T-Mobile is back with another chance for towns to win big through its Hometown Grants program. The wireless company is giving away up to $50,000 to 25 small towns across the United States to help fund local projects. This follows their earlier round this year, where they supported 25 other communities. The program aims to make a real difference in rural areas with populations under 50,000.

T-Mobile wants to help these towns build projects like community gardens, art installations, or spaces for outdoor activities. Since starting in 2021, the company has given nearly $18 million to 400 communities, bringing local ideas to life. To apply, towns need to submit a proposal by September 30, 2025. A group of T-Mobile employees, community leaders, and local officials will review the applications and pick the winners.

They look for projects that can strengthen community ties and create lasting change. T-Mobile’s effort is part of their push to connect people, especially in areas that often get overlooked. They’re not just offering money but also showing support for local dreams. If you live in a small town, this could be a great opportunity to bring a special project to your community. Check out T-Mobile’s website for more details on how to apply.
