RM from BTS joins Samsung Art TV as global ambassador
Samsung has named RM, the leader of the popular South Korean band BTS, as the global ambassador for its Art TV lineup. This exciting announcement comes after RM completed his mandatory military service in June 2025. Known for his love of art, including frequent museum visits and a personal collection of modern pieces, RM is a perfect fit for this role. He will promote Samsung’s Art TVs worldwide, sharing his passion for creativity.

Samsung Art TVs, like The Frame, Neo QLED, and MICRO LED, blend cutting-edge technology with stunning visuals. Through the Samsung Art Store, a subscription service, users can enjoy over 3,500 high-quality artworks in 4K. RM will contribute by sharing his thoughts on selected pieces, helping fans and users connect with art in a fresh way. “I’m thrilled to work with Samsung to share my love for art,” RM said.

“I hope this inspires people to bring creativity into their daily lives.” RM’s role kicked off at Art Basel in Basel 2025, where he joined Samsung to discuss how technology makes art more accessible. His involvement aims to encourage everyone to explore art beyond galleries.

Samsung’s Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of Visual Display, said, “RM’s passion for art matches our goal to make art reachable through technology. We’re excited to have him inspire a new generation.” This partnership blends pop culture, art, and innovation, making Samsung Art TVs a unique way to experience creativity at home.
