Nothing Phone 3 to feature powerful Snapdragon chip

Nothing has announced that its upcoming Phone 3 will use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, promising a big boost in performance. Set to launch on July 1, the device will also introduce Nothing’s first over-ear headphones, called Headphone 1. The London-based company claims the Phone 3 will be its first true flagship smartphone, offering a smoother and faster experience compared to its predecessor, the Phone 2.

According to Nothing’s CEO, Carl Pei, the Phone 3 will feel much snappier, with the new chip delivering 36% better CPU speed, 88% stronger graphics, and 60% improved AI capabilities. “We aimed for a well-rounded experience,” Pei said, explaining that the powerful processor will support upgraded features across the board. This ensures the phone handles daily tasks and heavy use with ease, making it a reliable choice for users.

The Phone 3 will also be made in India at a partner facility in Chennai, marking a step forward for Nothing’s manufacturing efforts.
