According to 91mobiles, a source said that Vivo will release the Vivo Y16 mobile phone in India this week. The device is mainly in the low-end market and should be priced at 12,499 Indian rupees. According to reports, the Vivo Y16 mobile phone will use a 6.51-inch HD+ resolution water drop screen, a front 5-megapixel selfie camera, a rear 13-megapixel main camera, and a 2-megapixel secondary camera.
In terms of performance, the Vivo Y16 mobile phone will be equipped with a MediaTek Helio P35 processor, equipped with 4GB+64GB storage, and support Micro SD card expansion up to 1TB. In terms of battery life, the Vivo Y16 mobile phone has a built-in 5000mAh battery that can be charged through the USB-C interface. In terms of the system, the Vivo Y16 mobile phone will run the Funtouch OS 12 system based on Android 12.
Moreover, the MediaTek Helio P35 chip uses an eight-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU with a maximum frequency of 2.3GHz and is equipped with an IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU with a maximum frequency of 680MHz. The Helio P35 chip adopts TSMC’s 12nm FinFET process technology, which focuses on low power consumption and will provide longer battery life for mobile phones.
