How to enable Flash when ringing calls on Xiaomi devices:
Firstly open the Phone app, now tap on the three dots, and hit the Settings option. From here select the Call accounts. Now click on the Incoming call settings, tap on Flash when ringing and turn it on by enabling the toggle and it’s done.
