The Xiaomi 12S comes with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM. The device scored 1333 in single-core and 4228 in multi-core scores in the Geekbench test.
It has shown a higher performance score than the Xiaomi 12 device, which comes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.
