Xiaomi launched its affordable Redmi 9T along with the Redmi Note 9T in the global market in January 2021. It is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 9 4G that was launched in China in November last year. Xiaomi has begun to roll out a new software update to its affordable smartphone, the Redmi 9T. This update mainly being the June 2022 security patch update.

Moving on, this latest update can be determined via the MIUI 12.5 build number V12.5.5.0.RJQTRXM. To install this update, you will have to download a 2.8 GB software package.
