Xiaomi 12X is now accruing a new firmware update in the Global and European markets. This update basically comes with the latest May 2022 security patch update, which is based on MIUI 13 Android skin.
According to the changelog, the latest update protects your device from unwanted and annoying bugs and viruses. In addition, this update also improves device security and stability to provide a seamless user experience.
Furthermore, the fresh monthly update comes with firmware version V13.0.2.0.SLDMIXM for Global and V13.0.3.0.SLDEUXM for Europe. And users will have to download about 3.1 GB of software package to install the update.
With the massive package size, we can assume that it also adds some new features and improvements. Currently, the update is rolling out for Xiaomi 12X users in the Global and European markets, and the company will expand it to more users.
Users can manually install May 2022 security updates on their Xiaomi 12X from their device Settings >> MIUI version >> Download and Install. Restart your device and it’s done.
