According to information (via Gizchina), Xiaomi has started to produce a new wearable product, the Xiaomi Mi Band 7. Also, the company is preparing to launch a new generation of branded fitness bracelets. The Mi Band 7 has acquired multiple certifications, suggesting that it will be launched soon.
It was earlier reported by @Digital Chat Station that the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 should have been rolled out already, but the pandemic and lockdown restrictions forced the company to delay the release of the new wearable devices.
According to the latest information, the upcoming fitness band will come with a 1.56-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 490×192 pixels. It will pack a battery capacity of 250mAh, and maybe a blood oxygen level monitoring sensor. It will be available in two different variants, which are mentioned below,
- Stander version
- NFC version
According to the whistleblower Magical Unicorn, the fitness band will bring more improvements, offer a bigger display, support for AOD screen display, etc.
The Xiaomi Mi Band 7 will come with a built-in GPS function, that will help the bracelet record activities such as walking and running, without the need for a smartphone. in addition, it will also include a smart alarm clock function and will support a power-saving mode that can extend battery life.
