Xiaomi Mi MIX FOLD bags MIUI 13 update

Xiaomi has started pushing a new major MIUI 13 update to the Mi MIX FOLD. This update brings a bunch of optimization and new features along with the March 2022 Android security patch update to improve system security.

According to the changelog, this update added the new protective watermarks for images, all-new Mi Sans system font with better readability, new crystallized live wallpapers, and improved overall stability. Moreover, this update also includes a feature that apps can be opened as floating windows directly from the sidebar, optimizing overall stability.

Mi MIX FOLD MIUI 13 update

The latest MIUI 13 update for Mi MIX FOLD is identified with firmware number V13.0.2.0.RJTCNXM. It is currently released in China and more regions are expected to get it in the next few days. If users don’t want to wait for the OTA release, then try to download the firmware package at around 4.0 GB via the below link.

If you are a Mi MIX FOLD user, you could already get a notification of the latest MIUI 13 update. If you haven’t received it yet, you can check for the new update by going to Setting >>MIUI version and tap on Download and install.
