Xiaomi launched the Mi 11 series in China in December 2020, marking the first launch for a Snapdragon 888-powered processor. Now the company has begun expanding a new software update for Mi 11 series such as Mi 11, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Pro Ultra, and Mi 11 Lite 5G.
According to the information, this update is released for Mi 11 series in the public beta that Xiaomi usually releases on Friday, Version numbers are like V13.0.0.1.1.DEV. It means this version is available for any member of the public to use. In the MIUI Public Beta version, It is more experimental than MIUI Stable Beta and more stable than MIUI Daily ROM. The update is currently released in China and more regions are likely to get it in a few days.
As per the changelog, the latest MIUI update does not provide any additional features or bug fixes apart from optimizing the system performance, as well as Improved system security and stability. This update carries MIUI 13 based on the Android 12 operating system.
