Xiaomi Mi 11 is receiving an Android 12 update. Currently, it is only accessible for Mi 11 Global Mi Pilot testers. Notably, the update is rolling out over MIUI 12.5 and it seems that it will be the last MIUI 12.5 update for the phone.
Not to mention, this is not the first Xiaomi Mi 11 Android 12 update. Following the release of Android 12 in early October, some of the Mi 11 series phones have received the update. However, the users complained hard bricked while installing the Android 12 update on their respective Mi 11.

Coming back to the fresh Mi 11 Android 12 update, ic comes with the MIUI 12.5 build version V12.5.8.0.SKBMIXM and weighs 3.5GB. The official changelog for the update mentions system performance optimization and security and stability improvements.
On the other that, it doesn’t mention any fancy new features or major changes. We hope that the new update will be more stable and bring solutions to the above-mentioned problems.
