Xiaomi shared the list of devices that will get the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version update in the third batch earlier this month. The updates have already started rolling out for eligible phones and several devices have received them.
Moreover, Xiaomi began rolling out the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version update for Mi 9 SE smartphones. But this update was released only for the China users and it is expected to be rolled out for other region users very soon.

This update can be identified through the Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 version V12.5.4.0.RFBCNXM. It’s size 2.7GB. You can download and install it over the Wi-Fi.
MIUI 12.5 Enhanced:
MIUI 12.5 Enhanced is an upgrade based on MIUI 12.5. It focuses on system optimizations that bring you a swifter and lower power consumption experience.
The new version fixes over 160 system header problems and 224 system application issues. Also, it brings all-around optimizations for the bottom framework to the top-most application layer.
Furthermore, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition does not come with new features. It only has optimizations in four fields including Liquid Storage, Atomic Memory, Focus Calculation, and Intelligent Balance.

You can get the download links for the update below but if you want to install it manually, head over the Settings of your smartphones. Now click on System Updates > Download and Install. Once installed, Restart your phone, and you are done.
