MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version update canceled for these Mi and Redmi phones

In December 2020, Xiaomi released MIUI 12.5, and later in August 2021, the company brought us the MIUI 12.5 enhanced version, which is slightly improved over MIUI 12.5. Just after the release of the MIUI upgraded version, the company started sending it on its eligible devices worldwide.

Anyways, this update will not be rollout for all smartphones, likewise other software versions. Several models of Mi, Redmi, and Poco that have received the MIUI 12.5 update will not get the taste of MIUI 12.5 Enhanced.

Just a while ago, a famous Xiaomi tipster has reported a Mi and Redmi phone list that will not receive MIUI 12.5 Enhanced. Scroll down to check the device list.

List of smartphones:

  • Redmi Y3
  • Redmi Note 7
  • Redmi Note 7s
  • Redmi Note 7 Pro
  • Redmi 7
  • Redmi 7A
  • Mi A3

In the above list, all the Redmi devices have already been updated to MIUI 12.5 (except Redmi Y3) in many regions and none of these phones tastes Android 11.

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced:

MIUI 12.5 Enhance mainly focuses on system optimizations that bring you a swifter and lower power consumption experience. It fixes over 160 system header problems and 224 system application issues.

The new MIUI 12.5 will offer all-around optimizations from the core framework level all the way to upper applications. As per the officials, it mainly focuses on three fields globally, which are Liquid Storage, Atomic Memory, and Focus Calculation.
