Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G getting MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version update

Xiaomi has rolled out the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version update for its new flagship devices. Now the company has begun sending the update for Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G smartphones.

As the device is exclusive to China, this update is only accessible there. However, the global and Indian versions of the phone, such as Mi 10T Lite and Mi 10i respectively, will soon get the taste of the Enhanced MIUI 12.5.

Anyways, when talking about the changelog, along with the four focused changes such as focused algorithms, atomized memory, liquid storage, and smart balance, Xiaomi also brings several other features as well as bug fixes.

Going by the changelog, it optimizes app vault memory usage and algorithms for displaying incoming call notifications as well as fixes the text truncation issues in super wallpapers and incorrect voice prompts for downloading super wallpapers in Accessibility mode.

It further fixes problems such as “Raise to Wake” turned off unexpectedly, floating notifications overlapped, permission dialog elements overlapped, and notifications weren’t displayed correctly after missed calls.

Issues with the Lock screen clock when third-party themes and super wallpapers were used as also been solved. Besides, the new focused algorithms will dynamically allocate system resources based on specific scenes, ensuring a smooth experience on all models.
