Xiaomi MIUI officially stated that the Android 12 version of MIUI 12.5 will defeat the Android 11 version of MIUI, especially in terms of performance, power consumption, and stability compared to the current Android 12 compatible apps. There are more problems and more potential errors.

Some online users reported that the Android 10 version of MIUI 12 is smoother than the Android 11 version. The same is true for the Android 12 version.

Back in April 2020, Xiaomi released MIUI 12, and MIUI 12.5 in December 2020. Recently, Xiaomi also introduced MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition. Earlier, Lei Jun had also said that MIUI 13 would be released at the end of the year.

Currently, MIUI has two development branches, a development version for testers and users who prefer to pursue new features, and a stable version for general users. The MIUI development team is responsible for the development, maintenance, and push.

In addition, the internal test version is also divided into two branches, the development version internal test and the test version internal test. Trial version internal testing has been canceled by the MIUI development team.
