Xiaomi has just announced its new smartphone dubbed Xiaomi CiVi in a “Naturally Good-looking Technology Conference”. The CiVi is a selfie-focused phone with an impressive and attractive design.
However, its look isn’t the only highlight, one of the major attractions of the phone is a 32MP Samsung GD1 lens. The other features include a 120Hz refresh rate, 64MP primary camera, Snapdragon 778G processor, 4500mAh battery, and more.

Specifications
Display:
The new Xiaomi CiVi displays a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen with curved edges and a punch-hole at the top-center position. The display offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 402PPI, true 10bit color, and 950nit peak brightness.
Processor:
The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor that is paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
Software:
The phone runs on the latest Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 operating system. We believe that it will be among the first Xiaomi phones to get the next-gen software update.
Camera:
There is a triple camera setup on the rear side of the product. The setup includes a 64MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP macro shooter. Upfront, the smartphone comes with a 32MP selfie snapper.
To be mentioned, the selfie shooter offers autofocus, dual-soft LED flash, and skin renewal technology. This skin renewal technology relies on deep learning skin characteristics to reconstruct facial imperfections such as blemishes, acne, and so on.
Battery:
Even after 6.98mm thinness, Xiaomi CiVi does not sacrifice battery life as it comes with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 55W super-second charging. This can charge a smartphone battery to 100% in just 45 minutes.
Moreover, the battery life can be up to 1.15 days after daily use. Xiaomi claims it to be the Xiaomi phone with the best battery life this year.
Other Features:
Xiaomi CiVi has a tower heat dissipation advantage. It is equipped with the latest generation intelligent temperature control system and a 9-layer graphene uniform temperature plate stack. The phone also supports VRS variable resolution rendering and 90-frames of “Honor of Kings” high frame rates.
Connectivity:
The device supports dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, USB-C, an in-display fingerprint scanner, Dolby Atmos powered stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Availability
Xiaomi CiVi offers three color variants, such as Light Blue, Shiny Black, and Pink. It will be available for purchase in China from September 30.
