Following the launch earlier in August, Xiaomi’s MIUI 12.5 Enhanced version has begun to be rolled out for its eligible smartphones worldwide. The company has successfully released the updates in China and will finish these rollouts in other regions in few days.
As of now, the OEM has released the second batch device list of the phones that will get MIUI 12.5 Enhanced. The list includes a total of 7 devices and their internal beta of stable version will be pushed gradually on October 8.

These beta builds will be meant to test the security and stability of MIUI 12.5 Enhanced for the devices. After the company favorably ensures these builds, it will finally publish the stable version updates for all users by the end of October.

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced
As the name itself mentions, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced is an upgrade based on MIUI 12.5. It focuses on system optimizations that bring you a swifter and lower power consumption experience.
The new version fixes over 160 system header problems and 224 system application issues. Also, it brings all-around optimizations for the bottom framework to the top-most application layer.
Moreover, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition does not come with new features. It only has optimizations in four fields, which are Liquid Storage, Atomic Memory, Focus Calculation, and Intelligent Balance.
