Later in July this year, Xioami’s sub-brand Poco introduced the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G rebadged Poco X3 GT smartphones globally. The device is now getting its first software update for improvements.
This firmware comes with the latest, August 2021 Android security patch. The security patches enhance the security and stability of a device’s system. In addition, it protects the phone from bugs and viruses so that users can handle their phones with faster speed and no interruptions.

Besides this, the official changelog for the update doesn’t mention any new features or major changes. One may notice some minor changes and improvements after updating the phone.
Aside from this, the fresh firmware holds the Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 build version V12.5.5.0.RKPMIXM. To experience it, you will have to download and install the package of around 2.7GB on your smartphone, the links for which are mentioned below.

MIUI 12.5 Enhanced for Poco X3 GT
Following China, Xiaomi has recently begun rolling out the MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Version update to its eligible smartphones in international markets. So far, Mi 11X (India), Mi 11 Ultra (Globe), and Poco F3 (Globe) have received the update.
It is believed that the firmware will soon reach Poco X3 GT smartphones globally. To be mentioned, the phone came pre-installed with MIUI 12.5 OS, thus, there are more chances it to be updated to the new MIUI.
