Xiaomi has begun sending the August 2021 Android security update for Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphones. This update can be identified via the Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 version V12.5.3.0.RKFIDXM.
As usual, the security update will save your phone from bugs and viruses as well as will improve the security and stability of your device’s system. Thus, installing it will be beneficial for your phone.

Aside from this, the official changelog for the update doesn’t mention any new features or major changes. Maybe, the users notice some minor changes and improvements after updating to the latest version.
It should be mentioned that the firmware is only rolling out in Indonesia for now. It will be sent to other region users in the coming days or weeks.
