Xiaomi reveals list of laptops that will support Windows 11

Besides smartphones, Xiaomi is also famous for its laptops. All of its Mi Notebooks and RedmiBooks run on Microsoft Windows 10 operating system. Now the tech giant is planning to release Windows 11 for some of its laptops.

Microsoft Windows 11 was released at the end of June this year. Soon after its release, the company started rolling out insider builds and is polishing the upcoming version before its official release later this year.

Meanwhile, before the stable rollout of Windows 11, Xiaomi has announced the list of its Mi and Redmi laptops that will receive the update. The list includes a total of 15 models.

These products will start getting the stable Windows 11 update at the end of 2021 and will last until 2021. It should be mentioned that the following laptops will get the update in China. Currently, there are no words on its international release.

Microsoft Windows 11

Microsoft has stricter requirements for processors and TPM modules. Other storage devices such as 4GB memory and 64 GB or larger storage devices are believed to be met by most users.

As of now, Microsoft specifies that only Intel 8th generation, AMD 2000 series, and later processors can be upgraded to Win11 (7th generation processors are under consideration), and 1 GHz or faster supports 64-bit processors (dual-core or multi-core) or system-on-a-chip is not harsh.
