On March 29, at the Spring new product launch event, Xiaomi officially introduced the Mi Smart Band 6 in China and several other global markets. Now the company has set its launch for Indian markets.
According to the officials, the new smart band will be uncovered on August 26 at 12 noon in the country. However, the tech hasn’t revealed the launching platform, we believe that along with Xiaomi’s official retail store, it will be available on Amazon.

Xiaomi Mi Band 6:
Mi Band 6 is currently the most famous band in the markets. The tech giant sold over 1 million units of it in just a month after its launch. And why not? It comes with several amazing high-end features.
Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 is the first to use special-shaped cutting technology on the bracelet. Its track screen design cancels the original physical touch buttons and introduces a new gesture operation.
As per the officials, the new device has a PPG heart rate sensor, an Sp02 sensor, a 3-axis accelerometer, and a 3-axis gyroscope sensor. In terms of fitness, the Mi Band 6 features a customizable function module, 30 fitness modes.
Also, it is equipped with 6 automatic fitness tracking, 5ATM of water resistance, sleep tracking, stress monitoring, female health tracking, and idle alerts. Unlike most smartwatches, the Mi Band 6 can easily last more than a week on a single charge.
Adding to this, the Xiaomi Mi Band 6 is compatible with both iOS and Android devices using either the Mi Wear app or the Mi Fit app. It’s also compatible with the Strava app for those who frequently use that service.
Besides these, the band is continuously receiving new updates that bring more and more functionalities to it. Some of the most interesting features are text message replies support and WeChat payment support.

Xiaomi is selling the Mi Band 6/Mi Smart Band 6 for ¥229 and the NFC edition for ¥279 in China. In Europe, the wearable costs just €44.99.
