Xiaomi recalls Mi 11 smartphones that are facing Wi-Fi connectivity issues

Launched later in December last year, Xiaomi Mi 11 is the popular annual flagship. It comes with a number of latest hardware and software features as well as it has many innovative technologies.

Adding to all the high-end features, it comes with an enhanced version of the WiFi 6. But previously, some overseas users of Xiaomi Mi 11 reported that they have encountered WiFi problems such as the inability to turn on Wi-Fi and hotspots.

The good thing is, Xiaomi is familiar with the issue and has now responded to the problem. According to the officials, Mi 11 users with such difficulty can replace their phones after testing.

The company has also mentioned that if there is no problem with your Mi 11 but have concerns or after replacing the phone, you can apply for a half-year extended warranty service.

What if the problem continues after replacement? If there are such issues after replacement, it still supports a 7-day failure return, 15-day replacement, one-year warranty, and a half-year extended warranty service. If the users will have the same WiFi problem, they can return the phone or replace the phone again.
