Xiaomi adds custom shortcut keys in MIUI+ via new beta update

Xiaomi is releasing a new beta update for its MIUI+ feature. This update brings two new functions, which give a better experience to a mobile phone user when casting the screen on the computer.

As per the report by Chinese media, the first thing it adds is the support for customizing the size of the mirroring window of the mobile phone and use the mouse to drag and zoom in any proportion to meet the actual needs of different situations.

Another feature that the report mentions is custom shortcut keys. When using the MIUI+ function on the computer, a user can use the computer shortcut keys to control the phone, such as “Alt + B” to return to the previous level, “Alt + H” to return to the desktop, “Alt + R” to switch to recent tasks, etc.

The fresh beta update for MIUI+ can be identified via the build version 2.3.1.1014. Currently, the function only supports a few smartphones and the best experience can be achieved on Xiaomi Mi Notebooks such as –
