Launched back in March this year, Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 4G came pre-installed with the Android 11 based MIUI 12 operating system. However, the device has been already updated to MIUI 12.5 skin.
In the recent development, the tech giant has begun rolling out Xiaomi’s latest June 2021 Android security patch. As usual, this security patch will save your device from bugs and viruses and will improve the security of its system.

Adding to this, the changelog for the update also mentions a bunch of new and improved features as well as several changes that have been previously noticed in the changelog for the MIUI 12.5 update.
As per the update log, with 20 times more rendering power, there are now few limits to what you can see on your screen. Response to gestures is now instant. With custom device model adjustments, any phone becomes faster after the upgrade.
It also shows new and powerful tools in the Notes app such as doodling, sketching, press, and hold to adjust the strokes, gesture shortcuts, dynamic layouts for typography, and more.
The new firmware further mentions fixes for a few bugs, such as it has the solution for the problem that floating notifications weren’t displayed correctly in landscape mode and the notification.
Also, it fixes the lock screen notification animations froze issue that occurs after the device was unlocked using face data and notification flash problem that takes place in barely some cases.

The June 2021 Android security patch for Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite is currently only rolling out in Turkey. Users can identify it via the Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 version V12.5.1.0.RKQTRXM and can download it in 2.9GB of data.
