Xiaomi is rolling out a new software update for Redmi K20 Pro smartphones that mainly install the June 2021 Android security patch. This security update saves a system from bugs and viruses as well as improves security and stability.
Moreover, the new update can be identified via the Android 10 based MIUI 12 version V12.0.6.0.QFKINXM. To experience it, users will have to download and install the package of 2.5GB on their respective K20 Pro smartphones.

It should be mentioned that the June 2021 patch is currently only rolling out in India and is exclusive for Mi Pilot testers. The OEM may soon release the border rollout for the device in India as well as in other regions.
Besides, recently, the Redmi K20 Pro smartphones have been updated to the Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 operating system. We believe that this update will soon out from China to other countries.
