New MIUI 12.5 beta update focuses on notification bar issues

The MIUI 12.5 update reaches several Mi, Redmi, and Poco smartphones. Yet, Xiaomi hasn’t stopped sending MIUI 12.5 beta updates in its home country.

Xiaomi is currently releasing an update with build version 21.6.18. The new update comes with several bug fixes so that users can have a better experience.

As per the changelog, it fixes the splash screen problem after the notification clicks on the delayed reminder and the overlap of the floating notification display on the transparent background.

It further fixes the problem that the notification center pull-down fails to optimize the suspension notification blocking logic of incoming calls and the abnormal display of rounded corners when the notification is sliding.

Adding to these, it also optimizes the animation of group notification expansion and collapses. The following is the changelog for the update.

Other than this, Redmi Note 10 Pro released a development version based on MIUI12.5. Due to the problem of being unusable under certain scenarios, Mi 9, Redmi K20 Pro, and Redmi K20 are temporarily suspended today.
