Poco X2 users in India have been complaining of rear camera problems for quite some time. The officials have now announced a manual fix for the issue.
Yesterday, Poco India shared a post on Twitter saying that the camera issue has been reported by less than 0.2% of the total population. Also, the executive apologized to the users who are affected.

The company even stated the steps that will help users to solve the problem. It is a simple clear cache and data method that all users can do at home and will not have to visit a service center if it works.

How to fix Camera Issues?
- Clean Camera app date
- To do this, open Settings
- Search Manage apps
- Search Camera
- Clear Data
- Clear all data
- Reboot the phone, and your device has been fixed.

The statement further says that in case the issue doesn’t fix, users can report it on the services and feedback app and upload the device lags under the camera section. This application is amongst the pre-installed apps and can be found in the app drawer.
Once reported, users can approach Poco India support of the nearest service center with the feedback ID generated by the service center. The officials also advise that users make an appointment before visiting a service center. Executives at the center will be able to fix the camera issue for the affected user.
