Several country’s markets are the top sellers of Xiaomi products wheater it is a mobile phone, tv, bands, or other accessories. Xiaomi is being loved by many, especially its smartphones which run on MIUI on top of Android OS.
However, when there are some features that make a device being loved, there are also some bugs that irritate users. Similarly, Xiaomi’s once-popular mobile software is now ill-famed for bugs and performance issues.
Fortunately, Xiaomi finally announced to begun repairing MIUI before the launch of MIUI 13. In detail, currently, a short video of a man shouting at Lei Jun saying, “Change MIUI a little bit, it really doesn’t work now” is going viral on the internet.

The director of the Xiaomi Redmi Product, Wang Teng replied in the comments, ‘I have also seen the video, and MIUI head Jin Fan is already taking the lead in optimization’.
Today, Jin Fan, who is Xiaomi’s product director and MIUI experience general manager declared that they have established a committee called ‘MIUI Pioneer Group’ more than a week ago.
According to the announcement, this group will take charge of MIUI issues. This means that users can lay their complaints to them for direct solutions. The committee will consistently post its progress in the Xiaomi community in the form of a report.
These reports will severe as a guide for users with the same or similar issue. There are five members in the group and each member has his responsibility. The members and their responsibilities are as follows.
- Xiaomi product director (MIUI experience general manager): Responsible for Xiaomi’s overall software experience and MIUI. His Weibo handle is MIUI Xiaofan.
- Da Li (Weibo Handle: Da Li): Responsible for promoting the internal resolution of user complaints and announcements.
- Zhang Guoquan (Director of Xiaomi Mobile System Software Department): Responsible for smartphone system software development. Profers solution to hardware optimization, operating system, and network issues. His Weibo handle is Zhang Guoquan_Xiaomi.
- Qiao Zhongliang (Deputy General Manager of Mi Internet One): Responsible for software development, solve everyone’s software problems. His Weibo handle is Qiao Zhongliang_Xiaomi.
- Zhou Zhibin (Xiaomi smartphone testing director): Responsible for quality and testing. His Weibo handle is I’m not fat when I’m old.
