A few days ago, Xiaomi introduced a soundbar with an integrated camera that supports audio and video conference. Now it seems that the company is planning to do the same with its televisions.
Recently, Xiaomi India shared a new post on Twitter announcing that “the perfect accessory for your TV is almost here”. The shared video clip shows that it is a Webcam with a rectangular design.

It appears that the Webcam is specially designed for placement on the top of the television. Well, the company only mentioned TV, can we use it with monitors? I guess yes, we’ll be able to use it with monitors too.
Anyways, details like launch date/month, which TVs will support it, and others are still under wraps. Since the officials said, “it’s almost here”, it could mean that the Webcam could be introduced this month or earlier next month. As soon as we get more details, we’ll let you know.

Besides, last week, Xiaomi India expands Mi Home app availability to all Mi smart TVs available there. The company even shared the list of TVs, which includes Mi TV 4A 32 from 2018 to just launched Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition. Check the complete list here.
