Xiaomi is sending a new update to its MIUI Alpha Launcher, also known as System Launcher. The new update which carries the build version V4.23.0.3198-06091631 fixes several issues that users are facing while using the launcher.
Adding to the fixes, it adds new features such as – users can now swipe up from bottom to top to enable apps’ floating window. The issue that opens the floating window and shows the recent task card has also been resolved.

Moreover, the update fixes the crash caused by the desktop search box, the bug that there is no split-screen exit button on the clone, and the bug that Hotseat cannot place the icon occasionally after resizing the icon.
It further solves the problem that the snap box still exists after swiping the navigation bar when the desktop adjusts the gadget size under full-screen gestures and returns to the first screen. In addition, the update also improves the start speed of the application.
