Xiaomi confirmed stable MIUI 12.5 update rollout plan for these devices [List]

In December 2020, Xiaomi officially introduced another generation of its custom skin, MIUI 12.5 in China. Later it went official in other major markets too. Soon after the China release, the company started sending beta updates and in March, it began rolling out the stable MIUI 12.5 update.

So far, several smartphones have received the update in different regions. Now the OEM is planning to send it to more smartphones and hence, the officials have released the second batch of the MIUI 12.5 stable version.

According to the officials, a total of 16 devices will receive the update. You can check the list of the devices that are eligible to receive the MIUI 12.5 update in the second batch below.

Before that, let’s take a short look at the features of the new MIUI. So, the MIUI 12.5 brings a new UI, updated apps, new animations, new sounds, new super wallpapers, improved privacy, and much more.

The app customization allows users to uninstall unnecessary system applications that come pre-installed on the phones. Adding to this, it has an interesting feature that is MIUI+, which lets users combining their phone and PC into a single working station.

In terms of fluency, the official claimed that the system memory usage has dropped by an average of 35% and power consumption by 25%.
