Latest MIUI 12.5 beta update fixes crashing problem, UI issues and others

Xiaomi is rolling out a new MIUI 12.5 beta update in China. The new update holds three update versions – 21.5.21, 21.5.22, and 21.5.24. Moreover, the official changelog for the update mentions a bunch of changes that will make your device more smooth.

Firstly, it fixes some issues in the Calculator application as well as improves the application’s stability. It further fixes the Mi Music app crashing problem, which takes place in severe cases.

Adding to this, it fixes the problem that the service automatically starts under extreme conditions, some known issues in the notification bar, and some UI and display issues.

Besides changelog, as per a user’s report, the new beta update also redesigns the “Screen Recorder” pop-up menu. You can check the old as well as the new pop-up menu in the following image.

Other than this, due to the problem of restarting into recovery under certain scenarios, Mi 10 is temporarily suspended today. And, due to the problem of being unable to use in certain scenarios, Mi 9, Redmi K20 Pro, and Redmi K20 are also temporarily suspended today.

From May 2, 2021, if there is a behavior of irrigation and hope to increase the internal test score, it will greatly reduce the probability of passing the internal test.
