POCO F3 GT’s battery received BIS certification in India

Redmi has recently launched its first gaming smartphone, Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition in China. While the news about its Indian debut is already surfing online. Previously, we have been reported that the phone will be launched as Poco F3 GT in the country.

Meanwhile, as per the new tweet by a known Indian tipster Mukul Sharma, a new smartphone battery has been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). However, the name of the phone has not been mentioned in the report, but it is alleged to be a Poco F3 GT.

Right now, we do not have any launch date for the device, we expect that the official announcement of the smartphone in India should a few weeks away. Besides, just recently, an online retailer has listed the Poco F3 GT with entire specifications and pricing.

The listing shows the same specification as the Chinese variant. It’s obvious when Poco F3 GT is a rebadged Indian variant of Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition. In terms of pricing, the website tells that the upcoming phone is priced at $1,299 (Rs 95,000).

While it is expected to arrive in India with a pricing of around $341 (Rs 25,000). Also, in China, the same memory variant costs $308 (Rs. 22,995). Thus $1,299 is the wrong pricing.

POCO F3 GT SPECIFICATION –

The modern smartphone equips a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 5065mAh battery with a 66W fast charge support. It further comes with dual magnetic gaming triggers for a better gaming experience, the new MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset, and the Android 11 based MIUI 12.5 operating system.

When we talk about its camera, it has a triple rear camera setup which includes a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie shooter.

In terms of performance, it has a full range of gaming customization, heat dissipation, screen, charging, and gaming experience. This device comes with JBL stereo dual speakers, Dolby Atmos, etc. In addition, the camera app is also packed with lots of software features.
