Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro/Ultra and Redmi K40 series to receive stable MIUI 12.5 this week

We all know that MIUI 12.5 is the latest Android-based custom skin for Xiaomi smartphones. It was first introduced in China on December 28 then globally on February 8. However, other regions such as India are still waiting for its launch in the country.

Moreover, soon after the China release, the company has begun sending the MIUI 12.5 beta updates. And, recently, the OEM started rolling out the stable release for its eligible devices.

So far, all of the first phase devices have received the update whereas the second phase will start getting it before the end of this month. Adding to the company’s latest flagships, the second phase list includes several new as well as old Mi and Redmi smartphones.

Now as per the new information, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra, Redmi K40, Redmi K40 Pro, and Redmi K40 Pro+ will be the first to grab stable MIUI 12.5. The report also claims that the update will be sent this week. However, this is not an official confirmation but we can assume it true as these are the are most eligible Xiaomi phones.

The Redmi K40 series was launched on February 25 while the Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra were uncovered on March 29 in their home country. All of these flagships come with an Android 11 operating system and offer new and amazing internals.
