Google Files may get Recycle Bin function with Android 12

We all know that like every year, Google will release its latest operating system somewhere in September this year. The company has already released two developer previews for its upcoming Android 12. And, as per the company’s Android 12 timeline, the next preview can land anytime this month.

These developer previews give us an early look at Android 12 and show a lot of changes that make Android more knowledgeable, better performing, and more secure. Aside from these previews, we are also getting information about Android 12 from other sources too.

As of now our folks over at XDA Developers found a code in the APK tear of Google files for Android 12, which suggests that Google is ready to add a global file recycle bin for Android users.

Users can completely access this functionality like manage to recycle a bin and empty it. However, this function is currently unavailable, only a pop-up window can be displayed for presentation.
