Xiaomi Mi 11 Camera scores 120 points in DxOMark

Xiaomi Mi 11

Back in December last year, Xiaomi officially uncovered the first Mi 11 smartphone in China, later, in February, the company launched it in global markets. Meanwhile, in March, Xiaomi launched more variants of Mi 11 – Mi 11 Lite, Mi 11 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11i in its home country.

As of now, none of the devices are official in India, whereas Xiaomi has already set April 23 as the Indian launch date for Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. We believe that the vanilla Mi 11 will also be introduced on the same day in the country.

Aside from this, according to the new information, DXOMARK has recently announced the camera test results of Mi 11. As per the report, Mi 11 has a camera score of 120 points, which is not among the top 20 on the list. On the other hand, with 143 points, Mi 11 Ultra is on top.

In the photo category, the phone achieved the best results in the texture test without much noise. It also achieved quite high scores in most other test items, so the photo performance is strong.

However, the phone’s zoom score was slightly lower, which lowered the overall camera score, mainly due to the lack of a dedicated telephoto camera. The wide-angle performance is good, but it is not the best performing phone in this category.

Moreover, it has a video score of 107 points, which is very good. Its video can capture rich details, good dynamic range, and low noise. Anyways, there’s a big gap between Mi 11 and the top scores on the DXOMARK list, which are the same as Samsung Note 20, Pixel 5, and K30 Pro zoom version.

Mi 11 Camera:

Xiaomi Mi 11 features a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 108MP primary camera, an ultra-wide-angle lens is 13MP and a 5MP focal macro camera. On the front, it has a 20MP selfie shooter.
