Breaking: Xiaomi India to launch Redmi Note 10S with Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 pre-installed

On March 4, Xiaomi officially uncovered the Redmi Note 10 series in Indian and global markets. The lineup globally includes Redmi Note 10S, which is not available in India. Meanwhile, a new report indicates that it will soon be introduced in Indian markets too.

Recently, a well-known tipster Abhishek Yadav has informed that the phone with model number M2101K7BI has appeared at Bluetooth SIG certification database. The listing reveals that the device will support Bluetooth 5.2 and will run on MIUI 12.5.

Apart from India, the Redmi Note 10S is also expected to arrive in Thailand as it has received approval from the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) website agency of the country.

Aside from this, recently, we have been confirmed that the Redmi Note 10 5G, which is only official in global markets will be known as Redmi 20X in its home county.

The Redmi Note 10S is very similar to the base model Redmi Note 10. It has a  6.43-inch AMOLED DotDisplay with a 60Hz refresh rate. It equips Snapdragon 720G processor and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charge support.

Moreover, similar to the other Redmi Note 10 models, this handset also runs in the Android 11 based MIUI 12 operating system. Talking about the camera configuration, the device flaunts a 64MP primary camera. It comes along with an 8MP ultrawide angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 13MP selfie shooter.

On the other hand, the company offers three storehouse variants of Redmi Note 10S. Its 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage version priced at $229, 6GB RAM +128GB internal memory values $249, and the 8GB RAM +128GB internal storage costs $279.
