Xiaomi has started to roll out a new MIUI 12.5 beta update in China. This new update comes with version 21.3.17, and it fixes known issues as well as optimizes users’ experience.
Previously, the MIUI 12.5 beta update added support for setting designated websites not to filter ads. Also, it optimized browser startup speed and fixed the problem of invalid clipboard copy in some scenes.

On the other side, as the system stability is being tested, Mi 9, Redmi K20 Pro, Mi 9 Pro 5G, Mi 9 SE, Redmi K30, Redmi K20, Mi CC9 Meitu Edition, Redmi 10X, Redmi 10X Pro, Redmi K30 Ultra, Redmi Note 9 5G, and Redmi K30 5G test results will be released later.
Starting from April 24, 2021, Redmi Note7, Redmi Note7 Pro, Mi CC9e will stop the development version internal beta test.
Besides, last week, Xiaomi released the second batch device list for MIUI Global beta testers recruitment for its Mi and Redmi devices. Soon after this release, Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco has also opened Global stable beta testers recruitment.
