Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 8 was launched in 2019. The mobile entered the markets with pre-installed Android 9, later it received an Android 10 update. Meanwhile now, the Chinese OEM is providing the Android 11 update for this device.
On the other hand, the update holds the Android 11 based MIUI 12 version V12.0.1.0.RCOCNXM. And, to experience the Android 11 update, users will have to download and install the package of 2.7GB.

Previously, the phone received the January 2021 Android security patch which installs better security for your device’s system.
Moreover, the handset comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, 6.30-inch IPS LCD display, 4000mAh battery, and more. Its quad-camera setup includes a 48MP Primary wide camera, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and another 2MP depth camera.
