TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) is mainly used to install unofficial ROMs and ports. It is a fully touch-based custom recovery that was initially developed for Nexus devices. But is now available for countless other smartphones and tablets as well.

While this time, the unofficial builds of TWRP are now available for the POCO M3 and Mi 10i/Mi 10T Lite. These builds allow users to try new custom ROMs, kernels, and other mods before they become available.

Poco M3:
Since this is an initial release, it will likely contain bugs and missing features. In the meantime, data decryption doesn’t seem to work upon the second reboot.
Before you begin:
Your POCO M3’s bootloader should be unlocked. You should have access to a PC with ADB and have fastboot binaries installed.
